  1. This is a good move made by the government. There are many illegal cyber cafes operating which are against the rules. they should be shut down.

  3. Cyber cafes are nowadays dangerous places for anyone. You may get stuck in between some gambling between unknown gamblers leading you to losing your money or any other valuable thing.
